A block of rooms has been reserved for CSWA conference delegates at the Travelway Inn, directly across the street from Science North, with nicely-appointed guest suites, casual dining restaurant, high-speed Internet access, and fully-equipped business centre.

A standard room, including two double beds and available for between 1 and 4 people, will cost $102.99/night plus tax.  All rooms are non-smoking.

Check in time at the hotel is 2:00p.m and check out time is 11:00a.m next day. 

To book your room, call the toll free reservation line 1-800-461-4883 and quote the group name: CSWA.

Any unreserved rooms in the block will be released on May 1, so book early to ensure your room.

This six-storey air-conditioned building has 55 furnished self-contained apartment suites.

Each apartment consists of four single furnished bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms (see suite layout below.) 

Each floor has a lounge where guests can meet and socialize.

The cost is $45.00 per person/per night plus taxes for a room in one of the suites and use of the public areas of the suite (living room, kitchen, washroom[s], etc...)  

VISA, Mastercard, debit and cash are accepted.

Sheets, blankets, pillow and towels/face cloth are provided. 

Parking is available at a cost of $6.00 per day/per vehicle.
